Here is a recent photo of Rose with her
family - Click to enlarge (if you can bear it!). To share your Kosher Kat with
the rest of SLLS - mail a photo to
Philip Meanwhile,
click here to see our Katz performing
just for you... |
A
very warm welcome to Gremlin and Mirry - two fine Kosher Katz from
Wimbledon in South London. They are pictured here posing for their
mum's new digital camera...and Rose says, "I wish someone would show my
dad how to use his digital camera, his photos are rubbish!!" |
 Guest
Katz welcome!! Are
you proud of your Kat? Would you like to show her off to the 1000's
(allegedly) who admire Kosher Katz every week? If the answer is 'yes' mail
a jpeg to
Philip
Poppy (see below) eat your heart out - meet Manni who is more Kosher
than the old lady who lives next door to me and hasn't eaten pork for 70
years. What a stunner!!! Rose is sulkingh
 The
young lady on the left and right is called Poppy and she thinks she's a
better looker than Rose - nonsense!
meanwhile..sleepy
Guapita on the left says, wakey wakey...where's
my breakfast?

A
warm welcome to a cute new arrival on the left called Anna. Anna
is Corinne's new owner. Anna has told Rose that Corinne's doing well
so far, but still has a little way to go and she's working on the
situation...Good luck Anna!
A
very Katty welcome to a friendly fox called Nina who inhabits
woodland in Crystal Palace. She is an old pal of Gypsy Raphaela
(on right)..and Rose says, "G.R has some '
very foxy '
friends...." |
Warm greetings to a delightful
team of Kosher Katz who have recently flown in from the land of Oz. They like
to play both 'Home and Away' as the photos below demonstrate!
|
|
|
This young lady's name is Ruby - a dedicated mouser who claims to be able to take on the English cricket team single pawed...bring it on says Rose!
|
|
|
|
Hello Hyacinth...Rose wants to know if you are related to Hyacinth Bouquet....
|
|
|
|
Garfield, a very 'Neighbourly' Kosher Kat....haven't we met before in a cartoon?
|
|
|
|
Ginger & Spotty are the latest demon bowlers in the Oz cricket team. Rose says Thomo and Lilly were better..but what does she know..she's only a Kat!
|
|
|
|
Welcome to Oscar - the odd Kosher Kat out (he's a dog!). Oscar is the Kiwi cousin to the fine looking K.Ks on his left.
|
|
|
.....meanwhile
the ferocious Aussie trio on the left (left
to right: Ted, Chloe and Lilibet) are
staking their claim to be good 'Neighbours' of SLLS...and
Rose says, "What's going on?.....the only ferocious Aussie trio I can think of
are Thomo, Lilly & Marsh"

If for some deluded
reason you believe you are the owner of the best kosher kat in the World
and that my beautiful Rosie is a just mangey moggy that squats in my
house, mail me a pic (jpgs only please). I'll put it on the site and
you'll soon see who's top kat.
Write to:
Philip
Pics of other pets (dogs,
rabbits, spiders etc) are also welcome as long as they are Jewish and
serious rivals to Rose's crown.

Here is a photo of the finest Kosher Kat in the World. Her name is Rose
and she is Philip's owner.
She loves hearing from her admirers, so if you have something Katty to
say do drop a line to:
Rose

Young Simba,
left, is from our kinderkatzen dept. How cute they are when they are young, but then
they grow up, leave home, never visit, ask for money...and
Rose says, "Typical!"
|
This young fella is called Mac and he's
Rose's Katz-in-Law. He is also the oldest Kat in the World (probably).
He's 22 years young and still catches a mouse a day...and
Rose says, "When I grow up I want to be big, strong and silent just like
my Kat-in-law Mac!" |
|
Left is Tiggy, an honorary
Kosher Kat from a smart part of South London where even the pigeons
have been to Public School...and
Rose says, "Allo Tiggs me old mate, 'opes you understands me lingo"
|
This handsome creature has the following moniker:
'Smudge Napoleon Rambo Biggles Spottisfoot'...and
Rose says, "Were you in the Royal Flying Corps? Give my regards to the
Red Baron." |
|
Kosher Katz proudly introduces
Homer to the site. Your webmaster recently met Homer 'in the fur' and
was most impressed with his demeanour, dignity and all round
strokeability...and Rose says, "Homer's not as
strokeable as me..."
|
 Kosher Katz presents
two guests from parts unknown:- Tilly (the Somali) and Coco (the
Burmese). These handsome furriends seem to know each other
rather too well...and Rose says, "There's too much
of that stuff going on these days" |
|
Presenting a very
sleepy Rose
|
Kosher
Katz extends felixitations to Bella. Bella's proud owner informs me
she is sweet, gentle, begs for food and might even have been a dog
in a previous non Kosher Kat life.
....and Rose says, "Begging for
food is not clever. It is simply a wake up call to start serving
decent grub. I've trained Philip to cook properly. Good luck with
your efforts Bella!"

A Warm welcome to
a Reform guest from North London by the name of Ossie. His interest
in local wildlife often gets him into trouble. He enjoys a
particularly fraught relationship with a local mutt called Bonzo...and
Rose says," Cheer up Bonzo ............that's better!"
|
"Dear Editor
-
I am the owner of the two fine gingers, once entire toms, named Russet
and Pippin (good Hebrew names, I'm sure you'll agree) and I unblushingly
state they are the best katz in the world. They also enjoy surfing the
net.." ...and Rose says, "A likely
story..." Postscript
- Feb 2007, Russet and Pippin are no longer with us. Condolences
to Corinne

 The
'fine' specimens are respectively Bluebelle Werb (left) and Gypsy
Raphaela Edwards (right) - Bluebelle is a posh North London mouser while Gypsy
lords it in an elevated position in South London. Both have ideas above
their station (Houndsditch..probably..) Ruth is fondly attached to both.
Neither has the authority or majesty of Rose - unless you're into trains
of course. Ruth has just written to say that Bluebelle is too well
brung up to know what a mouse is.....and
Rose says, "you can't fool me" |
 Left
and right are
Domino and Mitzie, the owners of Caroline - a friend of SLLS.
They are fine katz, but obviously not as fine as a certain other kat... |
To my Left is a young Bertie
Buttons aged 5 weeks, a companion for Bluebelle |
.....and
Rose says, "I eat Bluebells for breakfast...and Magpies...take a look at
me 'taking care' of the one on the right!" |
